•Our prices are inclusive of travel arrangements, including airport transfers, accommodations, health treatments based on patients needs, as well as holistic care package (based on which health care program that you decide to complete).  While we do our best to ensure that the price quoted is actual, we understand that patients upon their arrival want to add other services to their plans.  This can be adjusted locally.

•Our physicians are all board certified and leading medical doctors in their fields of expertise.  They are globally recognized and speak fluent English. Moreover, they have been carefully screened and patient testimonials will attest to their credentials and excellent care. Prior to any medical procedure, including anesthesia, the M.S. will address any issues and concerns with you and ensure that you will get the best patient care.  Certain medical exams may be requested prior to your arrival and these tests will be discussed with you in detail.

•As with all surgeries, there are some inherent risks.  In the event of litigation the registered medical practitioners, hospitals and clinics would defend themselves only in Argentinean courts.

•We are a third party entity while facilitating and organizing all of your medical treatments in Buenos Aires, we can not be held liable for any medical complications resulting in personal losses including death or dissatisfaction with medical results.

2.  The Holistic Care package includes all of your medical treatments, accommodations, and holistic acupuncture pre and post treatment (depending on which health care program that you sign up for). 

Included in the price are:

•  Local accommodations, including airport transfers and stay in an apartment close to your physicians in an exclusive area of Buenos Aires.  All pre-operative and post-operative consultations with your chosen surgeon, Procedure/surgery, hospital accommodation in private or semi-private room, anesthetic fees, and hospital drugs

• You will be met and introduced to the physician and given directions on your daily medical procedures.  Each patient will be given a detailed description and plan in English for you to follow and adhere to. Most treatment plans will be given to you upon arrival from your M.D., which will accommodate even the tightest schedule.  All efforts will be made to complete your medical procedure in the time allotted.  However, if you decide to add other programs or treatment packages, we will assist you with extending your stay.  Additional costs associated with accommodations and treatments will be assessed..  

• All correspondence with you prior to your arrival to Buenos Aires, which includes but is not limited to members of our staff and from the Medical Doctor performing your procedure.  You may elect which form of communication you prefer, whether by fax, email and telephone to discuss the medical procedures with you at your discretion.

• We will provide assistance with any travel arrangements from your country of residence. However, please note that the trans-oceanic travel costs are at your expense, but we can assist you in working out the best airline connections and fees to reduce your overall costs. For instance, in the shoulder seasons (prior to summer and winter), you can fly from the continental USA to BA for approximately $800.  Moreover, you can redeem airline points for as little as 50,000 to fly roundtrip from any continental US City to BA.

• To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have an English speaking staff in BA who will assist you in making Estancia and spa visits. These are optional and at an additional cost.

• Round trip Airport to Accommodations

Not included in your trip are as follows:

•Trans-oceanic travel to Argentina.

•Pre-surgery medicine, which will discussed with you in detail prior to finalizing arrangements

• All additional expenses, personal care, entertainment, domestic travel and phone calls are not included.  During your stay we will assist you with getting you a cell phone and of course, in your apartment, you will have a landline, which will allow you through inexpensive calling cards to call home for a few pesos.

•Any unforeseen complications which may arise from the surgery or any other causes are not covered.  We recommend that you take out an additional travelers insurance to take care of any medical emergencies outside of your quoted treatment program in BA.  Such as those arising due to unforeseen reasons, which are unrelated to your surgery or treatment.

• Accompanying persons can stay in your apartment for no additional cost.  However, any cost associated with their stay, transfer, and/or needs will not be covered..

• Upon arrival in BA we will assist all of our patients with precise instruction on how to get to the clinics (normally a $3 to $5 taxi ride). All of our apartments and accommodations are within 10 minutes of your clinic by cab.

*Additional costs associated with your holistic care program that are outside the ramifications of your treatment plan are not included. For Affordablefertility care patients, we will pay for the first two sessions of acupuncture, including your initial consultation and massage. More sessions will require a modest fee.

Payment terms

•40% of the total in advance once the surgery is agreed upon by both client and surgeon

• 60% of the total within 15 days prior to the trip

We accept payments via Pay Pal, or via Western Union, Money Gram or bank deposit. 

Cancellation policy

• Deposits are 100% refundable 4 weeks or more before the surgery
• Deposits are 50% refundable less than 4 weeks before the surgery
• Deposits are not refundable at all once on site.  
 

Disclaimer

• We can not guarantee the results or any outcome of the medical procedures.  While we work with leading physicians, certain risks are associated with any surgery.  Upon notification from you, we will schedule an appointment with our physician, who will clarify any procedure, including any pre- and post-surgery precautions/medication that you may need prior to your arrival in BA.
 

Responsibilities:

• We are soly responsible to organize you health care package in Buenos Aires which  includes the above areas described under "included in the price."  We are not health care providers, nor owners of the apartments, in which you will be staying at.  Any claims and disagreements should be handled directly with the Medical Provider and/or land lord of your apartment. On some the  apartments, a small deposit may be required for damages, which you will receive a 100% refund upon departing BA, should no damages occur during your stay.

•The surgeon and the clinic are legally responsible for the medical part of the process. You will enter a contract for your medical treatment directly with the M.D. involved.

•Argentinahealthcare.com due to the reasons sited above shall not be liable to you, nor you shall be deemed to have indemnified the said parties against any liability, including loss, injury, damage, claims or proceedings of any nature in connection with the services provided by any of the parties to you or in respect of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence and/or omission.

•The parties indemnified above shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or product which you or any party claiming through you may suffer.

•In case of disagreement, the surgeon is only liable if litigation takes place in Argentina under Argentinean law. In case of medical discrepancy or conflict for immutability of malpractice carried out by the patient, all judicial action must be carried out by the patient towards the surgeon / professional within the jurisdiction of the City of Buenos Aires of the Republic of Argentina. 

Risks and complications:

• As with any other surgical procedure, there are risks and complications involved which will be discussed with you prior to your surgery.
